Erica Idstein

Erica is excited to be the 5th and 6th grade math teacher at Northpoint. She was born and raised in a large suburb on the Illinois Wisconsin border (Go Packers!). From there she attended the University of Missouri but ended up back home teaching high school math and coaching the varsity dance team at her Alma Mater. Mrs. Idstein and her husband craved warmer weather and a change of scenery so we ended up in Waxhaw, where she taught as a math teacher in South Carolina until deciding to pause her career to stay home with her two children - Cole who is 3.5 years old and Ava who is 10 months old.  Most of their free time is spent outside at local parks, attending family-friendly events and simply cherishing our time together.
